Mr. Galioto is a seasoned attorney with nearly three decades of experience at a top-tier law firm and as a senior legal officer in the financial services industry. He is skilled at leading companies and executives through complex enforcement proceedings and civil litigation, including SEC and DOJ investigations, securities claims, internal investigations, and employment matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Galioto has been a trusted legal advisor to senior management.

Most recently, Mr. Galioto served as Deputy General Counsel for one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world, leading the company through several multibillion-dollar lawsuits, a four-year SEC investigation, insurance-recovery lawsuits, employment arbitrations and lawsuits, and many other matters.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Galioto was Associate General Counsel and Global Head of Enforcement and Investigations at The Bank of New York Mellon, supervising an international team that handled law enforcement and regulatory inquiries and conducted internal investigations worldwide. He also served as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Litigation at The Dreyfus Corporation and as an associate at Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells, where he focused on securities and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Galioto serves as a Director for The Cameron Kravitt Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating medical professionals on how to console families dealing with the loss of a child.
