Christina Dellaporte

Ms. Dellaporte is an associate in both LPGM’s commercial litigation and corporate transactions groups. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from commencement through appeal. Her practice areas encompass contract disputes, employment and labor issues, securities litigation, and responding to investigations and regulatory matters before the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Ms. Dellaporte advises clients on matters related to corporate formation, intellectual property rights, mergers/acquisitions, restrictive covenants, and regulatory filings; she also negotiates and drafts the correlated documents.

Prior to joining the firm, and while in law school, Ms. Dellaporte was an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, and was named an International Business Law Fellow and a CUBE Fellow. Upon graduation, she earned a certificate with distinction in Intellectual Property, Media & Information Law.
